I have always maintained that if you do good honest seafood without mucking it around too much, a restaurant will always do well, for people love it. Add to that the other most popular cuisine, a taste of Italy that is, and you are really on a winner. Add to that again, a really nice smart contemporary premises with tip top friendly service and you are away in a hack.

Not only has delicious seafood and pasta dishes but something for everyone cooked and presented in an innovative way using lots of local produce, good vegetables, and viands and poultry.

Whatever you fancy – you will enjoy Mulberry’s.

This is a busy place at all times with well thought out menus that tick all the boxes for bistro and family friendly dining. Add a good chef, two young and energetic owners, friendly staff and a very pleasing room and the setting is right for a very good dining experience. [...]

We really liked Mulberry’s, and if you are in the area, we think you will too. Good food honestly made and presented means they will keep going from strength to strength. This is a real neighbourhood restaurant with aspirations to continue to improve, which is just as it should be. Recommended.

It is divided into two areas, with a really cosy and comfy reception area with soft couches and nice atmosphere for having pre-dinner drinks. The main restaurant has also had a very pleasing makeover and one of the first things you notice is that there is a large space between all tables.

Conveniently it is located next door to a great source of fresh fish; Ali’s Fish Shop, so you can be guaranteed it will be as fresh as it gets. The menu has a good few pasta dishes on the main menu. [...] Mulberry’s has a very attractively priced early bird menu.

There are no parking issues at Mulberry’s [...] this is a leisurely stroll from most areas around the village. The service is excellent throughout and it is always nice to eat in a restaurant where the owners are on the floor each night.
